Concerning: Purchase Highland Park, Recreatiepark Hellendoorn

At the 2023 Second Home Expo in Utrecht, we, Vincent and Claudia, got into a conversation with Kleen Resorts about purchasing a vacation home. In fact, we were looking for a property in Spain. Because we are just starting out as entrepeneurs in this field however, we ended up deciding it made more sense to start closer to home. Niels Hoogendijk of Kleen Resorts advised us. He pointed out the various possibilities and we ended up with the project in Hellendoorn. Very interesting with many possible options. In the end, the Highland Park vacation rental caught our eye. At that time it could only be seen from a drawing, but thanks in part to Niels' sound advice, we were confident.
In early January, the meeting with the notary was scheduled and things were soon taken care of. We were lucky, because at that time, lead times for the delivery of vacation homes were still a lot shorter. As demand increased, it goes without saying those lead times became longer. Initial completion was planned for the summer but was finally realized just after the summer vacation. The high degree of flexibility and possibility of our own input really allowed us to add our own touch to it. Specific wishes we had were all incorporated into the building process by Kleen, resulting in the creation of a beautiful tailor-made product.
Kleen Resorts really really proved itself to be a partner in this journey. Given that we were novices in this area, Kleen Resorts' professional support was very welcome and reassuring. The final result was stunning. A beautiful home in a wonderful location. In the meantime, we are already focused on orienting ourselves for our next purchase from Kleen in one of their other (upcoming) projects. We can recommend everyone to engage in conversation with Kleen to create your own little paradise as well.
