‘Aan het Slotermeer’ Resort Balk

The sale of the vacation homes in Friesland has recently started! The interest is already great and we have already welcomed many enthusiastic buyers. Two show models with landscaped gardens have been placed on the park. We expect to start work and park preparations in October. 

Oysterduinen Resort

In Yerseke, we are now busy with the preparations to install the houses of the first phase. In the coming weeks, the ground will be excavated for the walkways, terraces, parking areas and the foundation of the chalets. The utilities will also be installed. The first chalets are already ready in the factory, but cannot be placed until the preparations at the park are completed. 

Resort Vosseweide

At Resort Vosseweide, they are busy with the plans/permits for renovating the reception building and bowling alley. We are currently in the design phase regarding the greenery. There is now one show model vacation home at the park. Construction of the other three show models has started and we expect to have them on the park in August.
