Resort Oysterduinen

At Resort Oysterduinen we are making great strides on the property! Next week we will place at least 7 homes and possibly even 9. If that succeeds, it means that Phase 1 is complete. In this phase only the sold homes will be placed, which amounts to 11 homes.

In Phase 2, there are also 4 homes already ready that we will put in place next week. Furthermore, the underground infrastructure for the entire park has now been completed. This week we started placing the foundations in Phase 2.

Aan het Slotermeer

The sale of Resort Aan het Slotermeer is going well: 15% of the homes have now been sold. There are regular viewings and special sales weekends to give interested parties a good idea of the park and its possibilities.

Preparations for the park renovation are scheduled for January/February.

Resort Stelleplas - Completely sold out

Over the next month, lots 261, 186 and 135 will be cleared, emptied and excavated to make room for the new homes.

We expect to install the homes on lot 261 in November, with the remaining homes to follow in phases. We will keep you updated on the progress!

Resort Hellendoorn - Completely sold out

At Resort Hellendoorn, we are in full swing with construction! This year we are still placing between 8 and 15 homes, making another great expansion. In January we will continue with the construction and placement of the next homes.

Many homes have already been completed and rentals are going very successfully. We will continue to keep you informed of developments and look forward to a great new year of construction in 2025!
