Resort Oysterduinen

The placement of the homes at Oysterduinen Phase 1 has started. More chalets will follow in the coming weeks and we expect to complete Phase 1 in September/October. Completion of the chalets will also take place around that time. We look forward to welcoming the first guests in the foreseeable future. We expect to start renting out the chalets in Phase 1 this fall. We will start preparing for Phase 2 in October. The site will then be cleared and the infrastructure will be redone.

Aan het Slotermeer

Sales have started at this resort! All show models are present with newly landscaped yards. Preparations for the park renovation are planned for January/February.

Resort Vosseweide

Sales have also started at Resort Vosseweide and it is going well. The existing bowling alley is being used again and the reception building has been painted on the outside. Next week the furnishings will be put in place so that you can also sit inside. 

Resort Stelleplas - Completely sold out

Resort Stelleplas is completely sold out. Now that the peak season is coming to an end, we can get to work again at the park. In October, the last 16 lots will be prepared: old homes will be removed, the lots will be excavated, and the infrastructure will be renewed where necessary. We expect to be able to place the new homes before Christmas, after which the yards will be landscaped after the holidays and turnover can take place.

Resort Hellendoorn - Completely sold out

Resort Hellendoorn is also completely sold out. Every month 8 homes arrive at the park now that are placed immediately. Approximately 1 to 1.5 months after placement, these homes can be made available. We expect that in March the whole park will have been made available.
