Construction update Recreation Park Oysterduinen

At Oysterduinen, the asphalt has now been laid throughout the park and the parking bays have also been installed. Work is currently underway on the restaurant and conservatory. New window frames have been installed in the restaurant and the new conservatory will be installed in week 6. The inside of the restaurant is also being renovated. The planting of Phase 1 has also been planted. Phase 1 is therefore pretty much complete with the planting, gardens, play equipment and walkways. There is still 1 house to be placed in Phase 1.

The sold homes of Phase 2 and Phase 3 are currently being built in the factories. It is expected that around dozens of homes can be put on transport in March. These will then be placed as soon as possible thereafter. In the upcoming month(s), the foundations for these homes will be installed so that the homes can be placed immediately after their arrival.

Construction update Hellendoorn

At Hellendoorn, several plots were passed at the notary in December and January. These homes are now also included in the construction schedule. These homes are expected to arrive at the park around March/April. This means that the entire park will be occupied and rented out or occupied for own use before the summer period.

In the short term, street lighting and fibre optics will also be installed. This work will be started in February. Once most of the houses have been moved across the park to the plot, the roads will be constructed. This will be done at the last minute so that the houses and tractors cannot destroy the roads. This work is now scheduled from mid-April.

Construction update Recreatiepark Stellenplas

Several homes have been placed on Stelleplas in the past month. These homes are being connected at a rapid pace so that these homes can be delivered to the owners as soon as possible. In the next two months, the last homes will be put on transport. These homes will then also be connected as soon as possible, so that they will be ready for rental in the summer holidays.
