Construction update Recreation Park Oysterduinen

At Resort Oysterduinen, the last four homes are still for sale.

Seven Duinhelmen were installed in the first week of April. These will be connected to the utilities, after which the landscaping will also follow. The next few Duinhelmen, Zeebriezen and Parelzichten are currently being built at the factory and will be ready in a few weeks. These will be placed on the resort in late April and in May.

It is expected that most of the resort can be rented out during the summer period.

Construction update Hellendoorn

For Recreatiepark Hellendoorn, the last 12 homes are currently under construction in the factory. These homes are expected to be finished in the factory by the end of April and can then be transported to the recreation park. After that, these homes will be installed and connected to the utilities. Finally, landscaping will follow. It is expected that the last homes can be delivered in June.

The street lighting at the park has recently started working, ensuring that the park is well lit. Work is also underway to lay fibre optics at the park. After all the houses are installed, the roads can be laid. This will take several weeks. In June, the park will be ready for the summer season.

Construction update Recreatiepark Stellenplas

In March, most of the houses were placed on Stelleplas. Currently, two more homes are yet to be placed on the plots. These homes are currently still under construction at the factory and are expected on the park very soon.

For the homes on plots 135, 186 and 261, we are in the process of upgrading the electricity supplies. The outdated network on the park is no longer adequate for the number of homes placed on the park.
