BENG is short for Near Energy-Neutral Buildings. These are requirements for the energy efficiency of buildings in the Netherlands. The requirements were developed to improve the energy efficiency and to reduce the use of fossil fuels.

Our sustainable homes

At Kleen Resorts, we offer luxurious and sustainable vacation homes for sale throughout the Netherlands. The homes have features including plastic frames with double-glazed windows and don't use any gas. At our resorts, you have a choice of comfortable homes for 2, 4, or 6 persons, that can be fully rented out or remain available for (partial) personal use. Are you looking for a second home? At our resorts, you will benefit from a guaranteed return of 7% on your investment for the first 3 years in case you rent it out completely.
