At Kleen Resorts you can choose between full private use, a combination of private use and renting out, or fully renting out your home by the water.
For private use - do you want to have your own spot in Heinkenszand or Yerseke? You can pick private use. In this case, you only use the home recreationally yourself.
To fully rent out - if you choose to fully rent it out, you receive an attractive yield of 7%. Our professional rental organization takes care of everything to do with renting out for you.
Combination private use and renting out - do you choose both private use and renting out? You'll enjoy both the holiday feeling and an attractive yield on your investment. Double the joy!
